Describe the job. Twenty machines for a training room, a router that holds up on a rural link, an inverter that runs four workstations through load shedding. We come back with two or three options at different prices and explain the trade-off.
Is the quoted price the price I pay?
Yes. It is landed and duty paid, itemised so you can see goods against logistics. If freight or duty moves before you approve, we re-quote rather than absorb it quietly. Once you approve, the number is fixed for 7 days.
New or refurbished?
Both, and we always tell you which. Grade A refurbished is tested ex-business stock with cosmetic wear at most, and it is where most of the value sits on fleets.
How do I pay from Zimbabwe?
USD bank transfer, or settle locally with the Bulawayo desk. Repeat accounts can agree terms on the quote.
Do you handle clearance?
Yes. Duty and clearance are inside the quoted price and handled on our side. You receive goods, not a customs problem.
Something arrives faulty.
You inspect before the balance settles, so faults are caught at handover and replaced. After that, claims go through Rhys in Bulawayo and we deal with the supplier.
